All of us have an intense desire to be loved and nurtured. But love is not about us and our wants. Examples in this episode include my own personal opinion on the leadership skills required both in the political and business arena and why respect for others is important. Also, on a personal level, treating yourself with respect isn’t that complicated either. Enjoy.

Are you as kind to yourself as you are to others? I would encourage you all to think before you speak. Here is my take on things. Enjoy!

Do you like to participate in sports or exercise? Why? That was a question that was put to me by two people recently, and I found it challenging to respond straight away with an answer to an activity that I do regularly. It’s amazing the amount of everyday things that we take for granted. I finally came up with a response. Enjoy.
