A powerful Podcast. There are many individuals who have experienced harmful childhood trauma. However, without support they are unable to name their experience.
Trauma becomes internalised and nameless. Fear, isolation, engulfs. Language to express feelings is absent.
Individual recognision and knowledge that help is available very important. Shift from social isolation important.
