An Advocate for Cerebral Palsy – David Figueroa

This week David Figueroa shares his story and journey of being diagnosed with cerebral palsy since birth.  His disability left him unable to speak until 8 years old, however, in spite of this, he went on to succeed as a former three-sport athlete, a teacher, a motivational speaker, a fitness instructor and a podcaster.  He shares his story as an advocate for others with cerebral palsy and to demonstrate that you can achieve anything.

Decoding the Body – Emotions

This weeks guest is Ashley Valliere, a Personal Fitness Trainer, Massage Therapist and is now completing her Bodynamic Muscular Psychotherapy program.  Along her journey she noticed some peculiar things with her clients over the years, most notably emotional outbursts in sessions, she also took a special interest in people’s posture and body language.  She specialises in decoding the body, learning how to navigate how it communicates and emotional intelligence.

Living in Trust
