Self Talk

Did you know that some people rank the fear of public speaking higher than the fear of death! Self talk is one way of conquering your fears.  It’s basically your inner voice, the one in your mind that says the things you don’t necessarily say out loud.   However, this can both hinder and help you if you don’t allow negative thoughts to take over those self talk conversations.  This episode is just one example.  Enjoy!

It's About Time

Time is the most precious resource because you can't get it back.  The mathematical definition of time is defined as the ongoing and continuous sequence of events that occur in succession, from the past through to the present and the future. How can we make the most of our time?  This is just one suggestion for you to consider.  Enjoy!

Episode 29 – Love is the Answer

All of us have an intense desire to be loved and nurtured.   But love is not about us and our wants.  Mother Teresa once said that it is more important to do small things with great love than to do great things with little love.  This episode is a reflection after listening to one of my favourite songs, and I’ve concluded that love is the answer!  Enjoy

Episode 28 – Thankful

With thanksgiving taking place this week in the US, it got me thinking about some of things that we can be thankful for.  Yes, I know there are some of you who wished that this year didn’t exist, but sometimes we find it easier to focus on what we don’t have instead of what we do have.   So using my friends as guinea pigs, I compiled an unscientific survey, the results of which are shared in this episode.  Enjoy.
